Service Description

Welcome to Hornets, our essential super session, merging results driven hybrid training with proactive recovery, to set the perfect tone for your weekend! Part 1 is our Hybrid Training Section, featuring 14 diverse exercises, split across 2 Blocks. Members complete 3 Sets on their exercise (50/20, 40/20, 30/20) and 1 lap of their block. Part 2 is our fundamental recovery finisher, focusing on prehabilitation strategies to improve joint stability, promote muscle balance, and effectively prevent injuries.
