Service Description
Strength with Intent: RIR is a resistance based session designed to build smarter, stronger lifters by focusing on effort regulation and controlled fatigue. You'll complete three working sets at each of the eight stations, gradually increasing intensity across the sets without compromising form. This workout teaches you how to push with purpose, selecting loads that challenge you while still allowing for clean, consistent technique. By the final set, you're expected to be working near your limit through effort, not guesswork. RIR helps you understand how to train effectively, develop better strength awareness, and build long-term progress by learning when to hold back - and when to go all in.
