Service Description

Spartan Strength is our fundamental three-block full-body resistance workout that integrates essential exercises in a push-pull legs and core program. Members will complete three sets on their station and one lap of their block in a 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off format. This workout is engineered to optimize metabolic response, promote balanced muscle development, improve bone density, and reduce injury risk.
