Summer Hot Sauce; our highly anticipated high-intensity cardio workout designed to ignite your endurance and power. Split into two blocks, you'll complete 4 exercises per block, with increasing intensity through 3 laps. Using interval training protocols, each lap progressively challenges your aerobic capacity and fast-twitch muscle fibers with the fan favourite Tabata-style timing: 20 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest. Expect to improve cardiovascular endurance, ignite your metabolism, and boost overall conditioning in a scientifically-backed, expertly structured session.
