Service Description

Welcome to The PP Parsons, our MidWeek cardio HIIT workout. Programmed to deliver fast fitness results, this session capitalizes on the afterburn effect to enhance EPOC and provide a prolonged metabolic response, meaning you’ll continue to reap the rewards long after the workout has finished! Dedicated to our member Phoebe Parsons, for her unwavering attempts at manual labor during our rebrand, this workout promises to deliver a burst of midweek endorphins and brings you our most popular cardio format. The session consists of 3 blocks, with 3 exercises per block. Members will complete 4 sets on their exercise and 2 laps of their block with traditional Tabata timing of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
