Strong bodies are built on strong foundations - Welcome to Block! This 45 Minute, Full body strength session is built on the five fundamental movement patterns; squat, hinge, push, pull, carry/core. Each block pairs your fundamental loaded lift with a targeted accessory movement so you build strength, stability, and control where it matters most. No wasted reps, just results driven programming backed by science. Block is an ideal workout for every fitness level. Beginners develop safe, efficient technique while advanced members push load and refine performance. By mastering the building blocks of strength, you’ll move better, lift stronger, and see results that carry over into every other workout.
