Build & Burn is your new go-to cardio hybrid workout, designed to challenge and transform your fitness. Featuring 10 stations in a circuit format, this woekout combines cardio & resistance exercises for the perfect end to your week . You will complete two sets at your station and 2 laps of the club. By Utilising 40 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest., Build & Burn ensures you get the most out of every minute, promoting full-body engagement and balanced conditioning. This workout embodies the principles of high-intensity interval training, optimizing energy expenditure and accelerating fitness gains.
