This workout uses the drop set technique to perfectly compliment our compound focused resistance workouts: start with a heavier weight and, upon reaching fatigue, immediately switch to a lighter weight to finish the set. This method maximizes muscle engagement, promotes the development of lean muscle, and enhances your overall muscular endurance.
