GRIT is a hybrid conditioning session built for complete results. Broken into three targeted blocks (Core, Cardio & resistance), each section of this workout has its own timing, carefully built to suit the demands of that modality: controlled tension for strength, higher turnover for conditioning, and deliberate work-to-rest ratios for core stability. GRIT gives you maximum benefit in minimum time. It’s challenging without being reckless, intense without being impact-heavy, and structured so every rep has a purpose. If you want a balanced, complete workout that builds real fitness this is it.
