Service Description
HIIT is our purest test of intensity, programmed to push your anaerobic threshold, fast-twitch power, and mental grit. Each station combines two high-impact, plyometric movements performed back-to-back, targeting speed, explosiveness, and metabolic conditioning. In Lap 1, you’ll complete 3 aggressive sets before advancing to Lap 2: the sprint finisher, where it’s max effort, minimal rest, and controlled chaos. This workout builds the type of fitness that translates. If you’re chasing athletic performance, fat loss, or simply the confidence that comes from knowing you gave it everything, then HIIT is for you!
