This session is all about complexes - a group of exercises performed back-to-back to maximize your workout efficiency. Hustle features 6 complexes in total, with 2 complexes in each pod. You will complete 2 minutes of work and 2 laps of your pod. Hustle is designed to build strength, increase endurance, and boost your metabolic rate so you’ll continue to reap the rewards for the long term.
