If you want to build lean muscle and feel every rep working - you’re in the right place. Isolated Overload is a resistance-based workout built on strategic supersets. Each station pairs two exercises that hit the same muscle group from different angles, increasing time under tension and driving maximum fatigue. You’ll complete 3 sets at each station before finishing with 1 lap of all 8, giving your body the exact volume it needs to get stronger, leaner, and more resilient. The focus here is simple: stimulate, fatigue, adapt.
