Legs & Core is a structured resistance session built around three targeted blocks - Core, Posterior Chain, and Anterior Chain. Each block zeros in on a specific area, cycling you through a series of stations designed to build real strength where it counts. Compound movements, unilateral work, and targeted isolation exercises combine to develop strength, muscle, and stability in equal measure. This is progressive, purposeful programming that develops muscle, stability, and strength - training that changes how your body looks, moves, and feels.
