Nine: Dropsets is a full-body resistance session built around one of strength training's most powerful techniques for triggering real hypertrophy and building lasting strength. The drop set method works by pushing your muscles to near-failure at a challenging weight, then immediately reducing the load and continuing - forcing deeper muscle fibre recruitment than a standard set can achieve and maximising time under tension.
