Service Description

Strength is more than just lifting heavy - it’s control, precision, and endurance under load. Prime & Press is a high-impact strength training session designed to progress both maximal strength and movement efficiency. Built in 4 targeted blocks, each pairing combines a heavy compound lift (like squats, deadlifts, presses, or pulls) with a precision accessory movement to reinforce stability, joint integrity, and muscular endurance. You’ll complete 4 rounds per block, alternating between both exercises to ensure progressive overload, motor control, and sustained strength development. This is the session for lifters who want more than just numbers on the bar. Expect better posture, stronger lifts, and rock-solid movement patterns—because power is nothing without control.
