This hybrid conditioning workout blends low-impact resistance and cardio, delivering a high-output, low-impact training effect that keeps intensity high without unnecessary strain. With four blocks, each featuring two exercises, your goal is simple: race the clock. You’ll have seven minutes per block to complete all prescribed reps, typically structured as 21-15-9 for one movement and 9-6-3 for the other—pushing you to manage fatigue, sustain pace, and keep moving.
